WOMEN ON INTERNATIONAL BOARDS PROGRAM
The Women on International Boards program, organized by the Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in collaboration with the UK-based Institute of Directors (IoD), is designed to empower Emirati women leaders with the governance expertise and leadership skills necessary for serving on international boards.
Tailored for participants from leading UAE government, semi-government, and private institutions, the program delivers intensive training across seven core modules, including corporate governance, finance, strategy, and risk management. By fostering global perspectives and practical skills, the program strengthens women’s leadership presence at the highest decision-making levels. It supports DWE’s vision of positioning Dubai as a pioneering model for women-friendly cities.
