Maternity Leave

Objective

  • To promote work-life balance for female employees and provide legislative frameworks to support gender balance.

Scope

A full-time or part-time employee is entitled to a 90-day paid maternity leave from the delivery of the child. An employee who has gone through a miscarriage is entitled to sick leave, while an employee who gave birth to a child with disability is entitled to childcare leave of one year.

Nursing hour policy is two hours, starting from the end of maternity leave for the duration of a year.
