Dubai Women Establishment organized two editions of "YES! Mentorship Program" in 2022 and 2023, in cooperation with the Nordic Embassies in the UAE, to enhance the professional and leadership skills of Emirati women and increase their participation in socio-economic development by providing them with the required skills that will help them become highly competent professionals able to overcome challenges and utilise their abilities. The program brought together a total of 53 dedicated female Emirati employees from various government, semi-governmental, and private sectors in both sessions of the program.

‘ShEntrepreneur’ is organised within the framework of the Dubai Women Establishment’s strategy in collaboration with Hult Ashridge International Business School to support Emirati female entrepreneurs by providing them with the necessary skills to build a solid business strategy, understand how to develop projects, enhance their financial literacy, and integrate an effective marketing plan. Hult Ashridge International Business School is one of the world's most prestigious universities in the field of developing specialized leadership programs that combine practical experience, academic study and innovation – with experience spanning more than 100 years.

The "Women on International Boards" program launched by Dubai Women Establishment in cooperation with the world-leading Institute of Directors (IoD) and the “Hawkamah” Institute in May 2023 in the United Kingdom. The program is specifically designed with vital training materials curated by distinguished leaders with global experiences and targets women leaders in various governmental, semi-governmental and private sectors of the UAE and has twenty participants. It aims to reinforce learning from peers and the importance of benefiting from practical solutions for effective management. It enables participants to acquire the skills that qualify them for nomination for membership in the boards of directors of local and international institutions. It also provides them practical leadership skills and high-level professional and administrative skills.

Aligned with the celebrations of Emirati Women's Day, the Dubai Women Establishment collaborated with the "Hawiya" podcast on the Baynouna Channel. The initiative focuses on showcasing the accomplishments of Emirati women, sharing their inspiring experiences on both local and global stages. Sponsored by the Dubai Women Establishment, the podcast features discussions with remarkable Emirati women. It aims to foster a culture of knowledge exchange and inspiration, drawing lessons from their unique experiences and ongoing contributions to the UAE.

The program’s first edition concluded with the graduation of 14 prominent Emirati leaders from the public and private sectors, while 16 leaders graduated from the second edition in 2018.

DWE collaborated with Hawkamah, the Institute for Corporate Governance, to increase the participation of female leaders and business women amongst boards of directors in the region.

The programs included topics such as leadership and instigating change; female leaders in the private sector; strategic planning; leadership skills; communication between various cultural segments; and principles of corporate governance.

The Women Leadership Exchange Program included executive programs, theoretical courses, practical projects, specialized case studies, workshops, training sessions and programs for elite leaders to exchange knowledge and experiences, as well as cultural and touristic tours of both the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Sweden.

DWE developed the program to enhance the skills of Emirati women and introduce key competencies designed to match the needs and strategic priorities of the UAE.

The gathering includes a series of quarterly events with the participation of a number of UAE, regional and international leaders.
