Launched by DWE in 2010
A series of training activities and programs for women launched in 2010. DWE organized 15 programs benefitting 500 participants. The programs included topics such as leadership and instigating change; female leaders in the private sector; strategic planning; leadership skills; communication between various cultural segments; and principles of corporate governance.
PURPOSE
- Provide support to corporate professionals, and assist in their career development by strengthening leadership and management skills.
- Open doors to new opportunities for the participants by networking, sharing and learning the experiences of accomplished professionals.
- Encourage participants to pursue personal development.
- Contribute to the prosperity of both genders in the work place.
