The Innovative Leaders Program
The Innovative Leaders Program, organised by the Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) and launched under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in partnership with Hult Ashridge International Business School, prepared Emirati women leaders for future-focused innovation.
This eight-day immersive program, held in the UK, included experiential learning, coaching, organisational visits, and real-world strategic challenges. Participants connected with global experts and tech leaders, gaining essential skills to drive change, shape organisational culture, and contribute to the UAE’s advancement in a rapidly evolving landscape.
